Protect Your Receipts
The valet parking industry estimates that 6% of non automated cash transactions do not make it back to headquarters. Valet Teller tracks transactions to make sure all revenue is captured. It also allows your customers to use credit cards both for the fee and for the tip, providing more payment choices and encouraging customers to use your service.
Vehicle Check In
Valets can scan the VIN, enter the license plate, or enter the customer’s last name to check in the vehicle. The preprinted ticket bar code is then scanned linking the ticket ID to the transaction that can be resident on your server or in the cloud. All transactions are visible from any web enabled device with proper logon.
Multiple Payment Models
A payment model can be are selected for each lot. These models include one day flat fee payable by customer at exit or entry for malls; flat daily fee payable by the establishment for casinos, hospitals, and restaurants; multiday daily fee with folio update and temporary check out/in for hotels; weekly or monthly fees for condos. If your valet services are multi venue, our system handles it all.
Vehicle Retrieval
Valet Teller™ provides four ways a customer can request vehicle retrieval: Phone call or ticket presentation at the valet station, logging on to your website and entering the ticket transaction number, or using an Android phone or iPhone to read the square QR code on the ticket. Any of the four actions will add the vehicle to the retrieval list of all the valets’ computers plus add a time stamp for the request.
The retrieval list is visible on the home page of each valet’s hand held computer. As additional requests come in, the hand held will vibrate and beep. When the valet removes the keys from the key cabinet and scans the bar code on the key tag, a text message will be automatically sent to the customer (if the customer provided a cell phone number) informing them the car is being retrieved and to come down to the valet station. The text message can also specify a re-park time and a re-park fee (if there is one) in case the customer is delayed. After scanning the key tag, the valet’s initials will appear on the retrieval list so the valet team knows who has the keys and who is bringing out the vehicle.
Mobile or Fixed Ticket Printing
If your lot or garage has timed payments, we provide rugged desktop or mobile printers for customer receipts. With mobile printers, customers can be on their way faster during busy times. With valets giving customers receipt ticket right at the vehicle without waiting by the central printer, time is saved for everybody. Receipts can also be emailed to customers smart phones, saving time and paper.

Online VIP Sign Up
Your customers can go online and sign up for the VIP program. With a credit card on file, the VIP can list multiple cars and alternate drivers who can use the credit card. When the valet enters the license plate, VIP status comes up allowing appropriate treatment.
